三硼酸锂(LBO)

三硼酸锂(LBO)是最有用的非线性光学材料之一,不仅因为其相对较大的转换系数(3倍于KDP),而且还因为其优异的物理性能。LBO晶体具有160 ~ 2600nm宽的光学透明度范围。与KTP相比,它具有最小热透镜的高功率SHG。它的大接收角与小偏离角相结合,降低了源激光器的光束质量要求。
