Potassium Titanyle Arsenate (KTA) Crystals

KTA 晶体(砷酸钛氧钾 ,KTiOAsO4),是一种用于光参量振荡(OPO)极好的非线性光学晶体。KTA具有优良的非线性光学和电光系数,并对3.0-4.0um波段有更少的吸收;其应用在OPO系统中,固体激光器的可调谐激光辐射能量转换效率表现良好。此外,由于其较低的离子电导率使的其比KTP晶体具有更高的损伤阈值。
